The movie story deals with Surajbhan a Criminal mastermind, presides over the slums crushing anyone who stands in his way. When his long and dedicated employee Shankar decides to leave him and go straight he has Shankar and his wife killed by two corrupt law abider, DCP Srivastav and inspector Thapar. The duo leaves behind a young son, Shiva who grows up with Srivastav's son, Vijay. Shiva teams up with an enemy of Surajbhan, Krishna to put an end to Surajbhan and his criminal empire.
