Ishaan Khatter (born 1 November 1995) is an Indian actor. The half-brother of actor Shahid Kapoor, Khatter began his film career as a child actor in Shahid's 2005 film Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!.As an adult, he starred in Majid Majidi's drama Beyond the Clouds (2017), which premiered at the BFI London Film Festival and will be released theatrically in 2018.Reviewing the film for The Hollywood Reporter, Deborah Young wrote that Khatter's "noteworthy screen charisma promises well for his future career".
Malavika Mohanan is an Indian film actress who appears in Malayalam film. She made her debut in the Malayalam film industry with Pattam Pole opposite Dulquer Salmaan.
Malavika Mohanan was born to the cinematographer K. U. Mohanan. Malavika is from Payyanur in Kannur Dist, but has lived in Mumbai her entire adult life.
Beyond the Clouds is a 2017 Indian drama film written and directed by Majid Majidi with music composed by A. R. Rahman. The film stars Ishaan Khatter and Malavika Mohanan in the lead roles.The film dwells on the adoration of love, life and nuanced human relationships. The first look was revealed on 10 February 2017 in Facebook by Rahman. Following its premiere at the 2017 BFI London Film Festival, Beyond the Clouds is scheduled to release on 20 April 2018 in three languages.
