रिपब्लिकन पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया के नेता रामदास अठावले ने सोमवार को दावा किया कि जो राजनीतिक हालात अभी महाराष्ट्र में हैं, वही जल्द ही बिहार में भी हो सकते हैं। भारत के केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता राज्य मंत्री अठावले ने पूर्व एनसीपी नेता अजीत पवार के भारतीय जनता पार्टी में शामिल होने के बाद यह टिप्पणी की। महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति को झटका देने वाले अचानक कदम में, राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (एनसीपी) प्रमुख शरद पवार के भतीजे अजीत पवार ने रविवार को राज्य के उप मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली। “जैसी स्थिति (वर्तमान में महाराष्ट्र में) बिहार में भी जल्द ही पैदा हो सकती है क्योंकि जेडीयू के कुछ विधायक नीतीश कुमार से नाराज़ हैं। अठावले ने कहा, ''यूपी में जयंत चौधरी एनडीए में शामिल हो सकते हैं क्योंकि वह फिलहाल अखिलेश यादव से नाराज हैं।''

In a sudden move that jolted the politics of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar, nephew of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar, was sworn in as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state on Sunday. “A similar situation (like currently in Maharashtra) can arise in Bihar soon as some JD(U) MLAs are upset with Nitish Kumar. In UP, Jayant Chaudhary can join with NDA as is currently upset with Akhilesh Yadav,” Athawale said.
