मुंबई के एक अस्पताल में जंग लड़ रही 5 महीने की तिरा कामत को स्पाइनल मस्क्यूलर ऑट्रफी बीमारी है जिसमें प्रोटीन बनाने वाला जीन नहीं होता है। जिंदगी बचाने के लिए 16 करोड़ का Zolgensma इंजेक्शन लगता है, इस इंजेक्शन को अमेरिका से मंगाना पड़ता है जिसपर 6 करोड़ का टैक्स लगता है। टैक्स लगाने के बाद इंजेक्शन की कीमत 22.5 करोड़ रुपए लगती है। देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने तिरा के इलाज के लिए PM को लिखी चिट्टी।
