महाकुंभ 2025 की समीक्षा बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश के डीजीपी प्रशांत कुमार ने कहा, "कुंभ के लिए सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा सभी व्यवस्थाएं की जा रही हैं... हम सीसीटीवी में अत्याधुनिक तकनीक को शामिल करेंगे... असामाजिक तत्वों पर नजर रखी जाएगी... पुलिस बल का प्रशिक्षण भी लगातार चल रहा है... हम सीसीटीवी और ड्रोन के जरिए भी निगरानी करेंगे... यहां श्रद्धालुओं के ठहरने और सुरक्षा के भी इंतजाम किए गए हैं..."
