Its precursor is Pho 2000, a restaurant chain which was honored to welcome President Bill Clinton in its Vietnam branch.
Lobster Pho is a creation of mother Dao and son Khai after tasting Lobster Pho in Las Vegas and Houston. They decided to add a twist in to the dish and bring it back to Vietnam - Pho’s original place.
