Fafda is a popular Gujarati snack or street food item made from besan. A popular combination is fafda jalebi that you will find in any farsan shop in Gujarat. Gujarati people like to eat warm (garama garam) fafdas during the special occasions or festivals like Navaratri. It is eaten with a chutney and salty fried-green chilis.
