Morbi bridge collapse update: गुजरात के मोरबी में मच्छु नदी पर बना एक सस्पेंशन ब्रिज गिरने से करीब 134 लोगों की मौत हो गई. हादसे में कई मासूम बच्चों की भी जान चली गई. मोरबी हादसे की तस्वीरें देखकर लोग स्तब्ध है. सैकड़ों परिवारों में मातम पसरा है. इस बीच राज्य सरकार ने मुआवजे का ऐलान कर दिया है. मुआवजा भले ही ऐसे हादसों में हुए नुकसान की भरपाई नहीं कर सकता है, इसके बावजूद सही समय पर मिलने वाली मदद परिवारों के बाकी बचे लोगों को ऐसे नाजुक वक्त में आने वाली दूसरी मुसीबतों से बचा लेती है. इस बीच खबर आ रही है कि इतिहास में ऐसा पहली बार होने जा रहा है कि किसी दुर्घटना के 24 घंटे बीतने से पहले मृतकों के परिवार के खाते में मुआवजे की मदद राशि जमा करा दी जाएगी.

While rescue and search operation continues after a century-old suspension bridge collapsed in Gujarat’s Morbi town on Sunday killing several people, it has now emerged that 12 members of Rajkot BJP MP’s family are among those who died in the tragic incident. As per reports, as many as twelve family members of Rajkot BJP MP Mohanbhai Kalyanji Kundariya lost their lives in the Morbi bridge collapse in Gujarat on Sunday evening.

Kundariya was quoted as saying by a leading news website, "I have lost 12 members of my family, including five children, in the mishap. I lost family members who were from my sister's family."
