ज्ञानवापी श्रृंगार गौरी मामले में आज वाराणसी की जिला अदालत में फिर सुनवाई होगी. दोपहर 2 बजे से जिला जज डॉ. ए.के. विश्वेश मामले की सुनवाई करेंगे. ज्ञानवापी परिसर में सर्वे के बाद केस की पोषणीयता पर सुनवाई चल रही है. ज्ञानवापी श्रृंगार गौरी केस में मुस्लिम पक्ष CPC 7/11 के तहत केस खारिज करने की मांग कर रहा है. हिंदू पक्ष अपनी दलीलें पेश कर चुका है. अब मुस्लिम पक्ष को प्रतिउत्तर दाखिल करना है. मुस्लिम पक्ष के वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता अभय नाथ यादव के आकस्मिक निधन के चलते पिछली बार सुनवाई नहीं हो सकी थी. तैयारी के लिए मुस्लिम पक्ष ने वक्त मांगा था.

The hearing could not be held last time due to the sudden demise of senior advocate Abhay Nath Yadav of the Muslim side. The Muslim side had asked for time for preparation.
