So we did a Nagpur tour recently to explore the wide range of unique street food the city has to offer. Taj Matka Roti is a gem we found in Nagpur serving delicious Matka roti also known as Randani or Lambi roti. Matka means a pot. This pot is heated on the inside. A scoop of the slimy dough is then stretched over the arm and draped on a sizzling hot Matka. Within 30 seconds, the crisp, dosa-like roti bread is ready to eat.
