To celebrate the world Egg day, we've made a special video just for you guys. It's a known fact that eggs are a breakfast staple. There are many ways to cook it, across cultures - poached, boiled, sunny-side up and or scrambled. Anda Bhurji is an Indian twist to scrambled eggs, it is made with chopped onions and tomatoes, spices, fresh coriander and also some vegetables. This popular street food dish is loved by egg lovers for its unique taste.
The video shows the man cooking up tons of onions and tomatoes and then proceeds to add 210 eggs in the mix one by one. He adds lots of spices including turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala. In order to ensure that all the 210 eggs are well-cooked, he meticulously keeps taking out a part of the dish and cooks it separately on the pan, till the whole of it is cooked. Buttery Anda Bhurji looks perfect and is served with pav.
