बिहार चुनाव के पहले चरण पर गायक-अभिनेता और छपरा विधानसभा सीट से आरजेडी उम्मीदवार खेसारी लाल यादव कहते हैं, "पहले चरण में हमें 100 में से 100 मिलेंगे। कोई और नहीं है... खेसारी के आने के बाद सरकार बदल जाएगी... मैं तेजस्वी का छोटा भाई हूं, और हमें हमेशा उनका प्यार और आशीर्वाद मिला है... मैं उन सभी (एनडीए नेताओं) को चार दिनों के अंदर पागल कर दूंगा। मैं उन सभी को पागल घोषित कर दूंगा... अगर मैं बेहतर बिहार के लिए बोलता हूं, तो मुझे 'याद-मुल्ला' कहा जाता है, मुझे 'याद-मुल्ला' बने रहने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं है। अगर मैं शिक्षा और पलायन रोकने की बात करता हूं, और वे मुझे 'याद-मुल्ला' कहते हैं, तो मुझे इसमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं है..."
