Synopsis: Pampered child, Rajiv Lal (Shammi Kapoor) is the only son of widowed Rani maa. In order to stop his immature antics, his servant Karuna suggests Rani maa to arrange his marriage. However after knowing his mother's intension, Rajiv runs off to Kashmir, much against the wishes of his mother and he happens to meet Champa (Sharmila Tagore) a girl who sells flowers for living. They fall in love with eachother, however a series of misunderstanding expose the fact that Rajiv is not Rani maa's real son while Champa is not Dinu's real daughter. While this shakens their exsistence, will they be able to find their true identity? Will their love meet it's destiny? Watch out to know more.
