कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष एम मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के 'जहरीले सांप' वाले बयान को लेकर कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार को कहा कि पार्टी और उसके नेताओं ने उन्हें 91 बार तरह-तरह की गालियां दी हैं। बीदर जिले में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, 'किसी ने मेरे खिलाफ ऐसी अपशब्दों की सूची बनाई है और वह मुझे भेजी गई है. अब तक कांग्रेस के लोगों ने मुझे 91 बार तरह-तरह की गालियां दी हैं। अगर कांग्रेस के लोगों ने सुशासन और अपने कार्यकर्ताओं का मनोबल बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया होता तो गालियों की इस डिक्शनरी पर समय बर्बाद करने के बजाय कांग्रेस की इतनी दयनीय स्थिति नहीं होती।'

PM Modi said, ‘Someone has made a list of such abuses against me and it has been sent to me. Till now Congress people have abused me 91 times with different types. Had Congress people put efforts in good governance and boosting the morale of its workers, instead of wasting time on this dictionary of abuses, Congress would not have been in such a pathetic plight.’
