बिहार में नीतीश कुमार के खिलाफ़ बीजेपी के प्रदर्शन के तीन मुद्दे थे। पहला- लैंड फॉर जॉब घोटाले में चार्जशीट के बावजूद तेजस्वी यादव से इस्तीफ़ा क्यों नहीं लेते?..दूसरा- 10 लाख रोज़गार के वादे का क्या हुआ?..और तीसरा- बिहार में शिक्षकों की सारी नौकरिया बिहार वालों को ही क्यों नहीं?
बीजेपी ने एक फ्रंट विधानसभा के अंदर खोला..और दूसरा बाहर। ...विधानसभा का घेराव करने बीजेपी नेता गांधी मैदान से चलकर डाक बंगला चौराहा ही पहुंचे थे कि तनातनी हो गई।
बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता आंसू गैस से भी कंट्रोल नहीं हुए...तो पटना पुलिस ने लाठियां भांजनी शुरू कर दीं।

पुलिस ने लाठियां चलाईं तो फिर बीजेपी के बड़े नेताओं को भी नहीं बख्शा। ताबड़तोड़ लाठीबाज़ी में जहानाबाद के बीजेपी नेता विजय सिंह ने जिंदगी गंवा दी...अस्पताल ले जाए गये, लेकिन मौत हो गई।

The BJP's protest against Nitish Kumar in Bihar had three issues. First- Why don't Tejashwi Yadav resign despite the charge sheet in the Land for Job scam?.. Second- What happened to the promise of 10 lakh jobs?.. And third- Why all the jobs of teachers in Bihar are not given to Biharis only?
BJP opened one front inside the assembly..and the other outside. ... BJP leaders walking from Gandhi Maidan to lay siege to the Vidhansabha had reached the Dak Bungalow square when there was tension.
BJP workers could not be controlled even by tear gas...then Patna police started lathi charge.

When the police used lathis, then even the big leaders of BJP were not spared. Jehanabad's BJP leader Vijay Singh lost his life in a fierce lathi charge... He was taken to the hospital, but died.
