तीन राउंड के बाद भी करनाल जिला प्रशासन के साथ राकेश टिकैत और गुरनाम सिंह चारुनी समेत 11 किसान नेताओं की ढाई घंटे तक चली वार्ता बेनतीजा रही। करनाल में मिनी सचिवालय में हुई बैठक से किसान नेता अब वापस लौट रहे हैं।
