Karan Johar Leaves The Country After MNS Threat

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena stepped up its objection against Pakistani artistes by holding protests against filmmaker Karan Johar outside his office.
As Karan has directed Fawad Khan in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, it is obvious that he faces a threat from the MNS and hence, the local police was deployed outside his office to tighten up security.
While the MNS has called for a ban on the film, Karan Johar has surprisingly decided to the leave the country.
He has apparently taken off to Lisbon, where his dear friend Shah Rukh Khan is shooting with Anushka Sharma for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring’
Rumour has it that Karan Johar felt it was the best to be away from the heat and return to the city when things cool down.
Well, now we wonder if Karan will be back in time for promotions. Guess only time will tell!
