दिल्ली के कंझावला से नए साल की रात को हैवानियत का मामला सामने आया। बलेनो कार ने करीब 13 किलोमीटर तक 20 साल की लड़की को घसीटा। इस हादसे का CCTV फुटेज सामने आ गया है और मामले में 5 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
