Samir Tewari's Joe B Carvaloh is supposed to be a comedy of errors where A detective Arshad Warsi and a female police officer Soha Ali Khan are investigating a dreaded villain Javed Jaffery who enjoys cross dressing. Vijaz Raaj is also in the film.

Even though the comic timing and acting skills of both the underrated actors Arshad Warsi and Vijay Raaz are impeccable, it just isn't enough to keep the audiences glued. Another talented actor javed Jaffery is completely wasted and underused in the film and his scenes are quite a drag (pun intended!). Soha's hot bod flaunting bikinis and short dresses may please the eye but her dialogue delivery seems very forced throughout the film. Shakti Kappor's cameo in the film manages a few laughs.

The music of the film hasn't garnered any buzz whatsoever and the weak script of the very predictable film is its biggest flaw.

All in all, watch it for Arshad Warsi and Vijay Raaz if you must! We give Mr. Joe B carvalo half star!
