60 Indians rescued from job scam in Cambodia return home

At least 60 Indians, rescued by the Indian embassy in Cambodia after being trafficked and forced into cyber fraud, have finally returned home. The Indian embassy announced on X (formerly Twitter), "Always committed to helping Indians abroad. First batch of 60 Indian nationals rescued by Indian Embassy in Cambodia from fraudulent employers return home.

Cambodia से 60 भारतीय नागरिकों का पहला बैच घर लौट आया है. कंबोडिया स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने उन्हें 20 मई को जिनबेई-4 नाम के एक स्थान से फ्रॉड एम्पलॉयर से बचाया था. नौकरी देने के नाम पर उन्हें विदेश ले जाया गया था और उन्हें मोटी सैलरी का लालच दिया गया था. दूतावास ने बताया कि यह ऑपरेशन सिहानोकविले में स्थानीय अधिकारियों के समर्थन से चलाया गया था.
