रूस और यूक्रेन की लड़ाई में वैसे तो जिनपिंग फूंक-फूंक कर कदम बढ़ाते आए हैं..लेकिन दिक्कत ये है कि चीन दूसरे कई मोर्चों पर भी उलझा हुआ है..ताजा खबर ये है कि चीन की सेना...यानी ‘पीपुल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी’ के पास स्किल्ड सैनिकों की भारी कमी हो गई है. ‘द साउथ चाइना मॉर्निंग पोस्ट’ की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक चीन की सेना अपनी हाइटेक मशीनों का इस्तेमाल भी नहीं कर पा रही है. सेना के कई कंमाडर अपनी बेसिक ट्रेनिंग का टेस्ट भी पास नहीं कर पा रहे हैं. जानकारों का कहना है कि इसके लिए चीन की वन चाइल्ड पॉलिसी जिम्मेदार है...इस पॉलिसी के तहत ज्यादातर परिवारों में एक ही बच्चा होता है...माना जा रहा है कि मां-बाप के ज्यादा दुलार-प्यार की वजह से बच्चों के अंदर वो मजबूती और अनुशासन नहीं आ पाता, जो सेना के लिए चाहिए. ऐसे में ये बच्चे सेना में जाने के बाद वहां की सख्ती नहीं झेल पाते और समय से पहले सेना छोड़ देते हैं.
