Independence Day 2009 Special: Right to Education Act 2009 से बच्चों को मिला निशुल्क पढ़ाई का अधिकार

देश में बच्चों को मुफ्त और अनिवार्य शिक्षा देने के लिए राइट टू एजुकेशन एक्‍ट 2009 लाया गया था। यह 6 से 14 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों को मुफ्त शिक्षा की गारंटी देता है, भारत की संसद ने 4 अगस्त 2009 को इस एक्‍ट को अधिनियमित किया और यह 1 अप्रैल, 2010 को लागू हुआ.

Right to Education Act 2009 was brought to provide free and compulsory education to the children in the country. It guarantees free education to children in the age group of 6 to 14 years The Parliament of India enacted this act on 4 August 2009 and it came into force on 1 April 2010.
