British actress singer Sofia Hayat is clarifying that she had not levelled sexual assault case against Armaan Kohli. Sofia had filed a case against Armaan after a tussle in the Bigg Boss house, wherein she said that she had been physically assaulted by Armaan Kohli. She said that she had not leveled any sexual assault charges.
As per sources, The police acting on her complaint had seen the CCTV footage of the incident and had arrested Armaan from the Bigg Boss house but after being released on bail had re entered the house.
Sofia said that, "I filed a complain against Armaan under three sections, but when the police itself saw the footage, they themselves registered the complaint under two more sections." Sofia is also wondering that how Armaan was released so easily by the police.
