You will need:
Ouchless Bands
Leave in Conditioner
Shea Butter
Clamps
Bobby Pins
Oil
Gel

Co-Wash your hair
Section your in 4 sections
Add your leave to all sections
Add you shea butter to all sections
Add your oil to all sections

Options for stretching your hair:
Band your hair in 4 sections
Band your hair in two sections
Bun your hair if it is long enough

Do what you normally do to get ready as your hair is stretching

Carefully remove the bands and add a little gel for hold

Shake it and rock it or put it in a pineapple or bun ☺
