Hi, this is Shruti and today I am sharing some secrets from Ayurveda, for greeting even tone and bright skin. Some people prefer tanning and some don't its a matter of preference. I am not advocating fair skin here, so decide what's good for you and if you want to lighten you skin then follow these tips.

Traditionally skin bleaching products are used in fairness creams however in the long term these ingredients can be Harmful for your skin. And if used them for extended periods of time they can actually work in the reverse by reacting with the sun’s UV rays to cause increased pigmentation and premature ageing.

Fortunately we have natural whitening ingredients that are just as effective for lightening the skin, without the harmful side effects.

Apply this mask 2-3 a week.
For best results apply this mask in night, to give your skin good 8 hour rest before it's greeting any sun exposure.

My advice would be to do a patch test mentioned below before using this mask.

How to perform skin Hypersensitivity Test: Apply a small amount of mask washed and dry skin and wash it after 5 minutes. Wait for 30 to 40 minutes. Continue if no irritation occur.

2 table spoon of Liquorice Extract or mulethi
1/2 table spoon of grated Ambla
