Learn how to make Ginger Garlic paste at home which is easy to make and so much better than store bought pastes which are laden with unwanted chemicals.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Chopped Ginger
1/3 cup Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Turmeric (optional)
You can also add 1 tbsp Oil to make a smooth paste.
This paste can last in the fridge easily for 2-3 weeks. If you make larger batch, you can store small quantites in the freezer (either in small container) or in icecubes.
