Salman Khan will have a fresh trial for his hit and run case as ordered by a Mumbai court. This occurred dur to the fresh charges applied on him of culpable homicide not amounting to murder . Sallu had asked for a fresh trial as the evidence presented earlier should be discarded for now he was facing much more serious charges.
Well now the court has accepted it, and set a new trial where all the evidence and witnesses will be re examined. The new trial will begun on December 23.
The hit and run case is regarding when Salman Khan was allegedly driving a Toyota Cruiser that ran over a group of people in which one was killed and four injured.
