1.Decide with your partner.Work together on every decision.

2.Set boundaries and limits.
With your spouse, decide what's important and what's not.
Work together as a team, set your family values. Then communicate your values to your in-laws. Eg: Money matters, celebrations,vacations.

3.Direct Communication:
Talk everything directly & politely.

4.Don't Lose Yourself /Be Yourself:
Don't try to remake yourself into the person your in-laws want.

5.Don't have High expectations:
Every Family & in laws are different.

6.Be Level Headed:
Be Kind ,if you have to grit your teeth, try to say something nice. And if you really can't say anything nice, shut up and smile.

7.Laugh It off :
Keep your sense of humor,laugh off occasionally,it makes life easy.

8.Understand Every Family is Different:
There is no right or wrong, It just every family is different.
