High Court Action On Farmers Protest Breaking News LIVE : हाई कोर्ट के फैसले से चौंके किसान |PM Modi

पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने शंभू बॉर्डर पर सैकड़ों ट्रैक्टरों के साथ डेरा डाले प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों की आलोचना की. कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया कि हाईवे पर ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जा सकता. “मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के अनुसार, आप राजमार्ग पर ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली का उपयोग नहीं कर सकते। आप ट्रॉलियों पर अमृतसर से दिल्ली तक यात्रा कर रहे हैं," मुख्य न्यायाधीश जीएस संधावालिया और न्यायमूर्ति लपीता बनर्जी की पीठ ने कहा, "हर कोई अधिकारों के बारे में जानता है लेकिन संवैधानिक कर्तव्य भी हैं"। पीठ ने किसानों की इतनी बड़ी सभा की अनुमति देने के लिए पंजाब सरकार से भी सवाल किया।

The Punjab and Haryana High Court criticized the protesting farmers who are camping at the Shambhu border with hundreds of tractors. The court ruled that tractor trolleys can’t be used on highways. “According to the Motor Vehicle Act, you can’t use tractor trolleys on the highway. You are travelling from Amritsar to Delhi on trolleys," the bench of chief justice GS Sandhawalia and justice Lapita Banerji said, mentioning that “everyone knows about rights but there are constitutional duties" as well. The bench also questioned the Punjab government for permitting such large gathering of farmers.
