वाराणसी के ज्ञानवापी मामले में जिला अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है. मंदिर पक्ष द्वारा एएसआई साक्ष्यों को संरक्षित करने की मांग पर फैसला सुनाते हुए जिला अदालत ने साक्ष्यों को संरक्षित करने का आदेश दिया. वाराणसी जिला अदालत ने मस्जिद पक्ष द्वारा एएसआई सर्वे को रोकने की मांग खारिज कर दी. दरअसल, एएसआई की टीम यह निर्धारित करने के लिए ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद परिसर का वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण कर रही है कि क्या 17वीं शताब्दी की मस्जिद का निर्माण हिंदू मंदिर की पहले से मौजूद संरचना पर किया गया था.

दरअसल, एएसआई सर्वे शुल्क जमा न होने के कारण सर्वे रोकने की आपत्ति जिला अदालत ने खारिज कर दी. अदालत ने राखी सिंह वाले आदेश में ही इस आदेश को मर्ज कर दिया. बता दें कि राखी सिंह के केस में जिला अदालत पहले आदेश दे चुकी है. बता दें कि ज्ञानवापी में सर्वेक्षण तब शुरू हुआ था, जब इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने वाराणसी जिला अदालत के आदेश को बरकरार रखा और फैसला सुनाया कि यह कदम ‘न्याय के हित में आवश्यक’ है और इससे हिंदू और मुस्लिम दोनों पक्षों को लाभ होगा.

Let us tell you that the survey in Gyanvapi had started when the Allahabad High Court upheld the order of the Varanasi District Court and ruled that this step is 'necessary in the interest of justice' and it will benefit both Hindu and Muslim parties.
