Born on April 2, 1969, in Punjab, Ajay Devgn was raised in Mumbai. Ajay's father is the well known action director Veeru Devgan and his mother is a producer. Ajay made his acting debut at the age of 15 with the 1985 film Meri Behna. Six years later, he marked his entry as a hero in Phool Aur Kaante. The movie won him his first Filmfare Award.

His memorable performances in films like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Khakee, Lajja, Company, Yuva, Omkara, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai, and Singham

He has won National Awards for Zakhm and The Legend Of Bhagat Singh.

Ajay fans have a lot to look forward to this year as the star has Action Jackson and Singham 2 lined up.
