Gyanvapi Masjid में कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद तीन दिन तक सर्वे हुआ. कोर्ट की निगरानी में हुए इस सर्वे में तीसरे दिन एक अहम मोड़ आया है. मस्जिद परिसर में एक शिवलिंग मिलने का दावा किया गया. हिंदू पक्ष ने दावा किया कि इस सर्वे में दिया रखने की जगह के साथ साथ शिवलिंग, स्वास्तिक, संस्कृत में श्लोक और प्राचीन शिलाएं मिली है।
