Gujjubhai The Great | Siddharth Randeria | Exclusive Full Interview

In this Bollywood Hungama exclusive interview, Siddharth Randeria talks about his upcoming Gujarati film 'Gujjubhai The Great'. He explains why he, a legend in Gujarati theatre, decided to came up with a film at this juncture. He acknowledges the fact that the Gujarati film 'Bey Yaar' that released last year and which became a runaway success has been a huge motivating factor. He also makes it clear that making a comic caper is tougher than coming up with a tearjerker. He admits that it was a challenge to shoot for the film in Ahmedabad and at the same time, doing shows of his latest blockbuster play 'Gujjubhai Banya Dabang'. He praises director Ishaan Randheria, also his son, for not compromising in any way while making the film. He talks highly of his co-star Jimmit Trivedi, Swati Shah, Dipna Patel, Alekh Sangal and Dharmesh Vyas. He reveals that PVR Pictures is distributing the film in India. He tells whether the film will have a overseas release. He assures that the film is a family entertainer and doesn't have any below-the-belt jokes.
