Indian kitchen is incomplete without exotic chutneys. I make this chutney in a bulk and freeze when I have enough fresh garlic (Green garlic) from my garden or from the Indian grocery store. I then love to use this chutney on my Bajra Roti (Millet bread), with Pakodas (Fritters), and even on my browned paneer (Umm..so yummy)
