FIT ZONE Level-6- CIRCUIT TRAINING

OVERVIEW
This is a upper body circuit training where we are performing 5 exercises back to back without any rest. We are doing 1 exercise for each muscle for 30 sec, do as many reps you can!! All you need is a pair of Dumbbell ♦️UPPER BODY CIRCUIT:
1. Db Chest press
2. Db Shoulder Press
3. DB Biceps curls
4. DB skull crusher
5. DB rows
