Emraan Hashmi's Raja Natwarlal in trouble?

Bunty Walia has filed a complaint against Emraan's upcoming film Raja Natwarlal but the question is -- why? Read on to know
Just a few days back the trailer of Emraan Hashmi's new film Raja Natwarlal co-starring Humaima Malik, Paresh Rawal and Kay Kay Menon was released. While it received positive response from the masses, the film as of now is in a bit of trouble. The tagline of Kunal Deshmukh's directorial venture Raja Natwarlal is 'Aisa koi sagaa nahi, jise isne thugaa nahi.' And coincidentally or not, this is the exact title of producer Bunty Walia's next film which we hear will go on floors pretty soon. Well, that's the reason why Walia has filed an objection with the Indian Film and Television Producers' Council (IFTPC).
While talking to a leading tabloid, Bunty said, "When I saw the poster, I noticed the tagline which is, in fact, the title of my next film. I don't know if a solution will be arrived at in my case. But I think that filmmakers need to check with producers' associations before releasing the publicity material of their films." Vikas Mohan, senior vice president of IFTPC told the same tabloid, "We have forwarded our Walia's objection to UTV films; we have also requested them not to use the tagline." However, UTV Motion Pictures spokesperson said to the tabloid, "We are not aware of any such objection; if and when it is brought to our attention, we will respond appropriately." Now that's an interesting reply, no?
Though Hashmi's film will hit the screens at the end of next month, it has already courted one controversy. All we can say is -- negative or positive, publicity is always good at least in Bollywood. Right peeps?
