ED ने उन्हें नोटिस भेजा है और 2 नवंबर को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया है. यह पूरा मामला दिल्ली की नई शराब नीति मामले से जुड़ा है. उसी मामले में पूछताछ के लिए केजरीवाल को बुलाया गया है. इसी मामले में 16 अप्रैल को केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने अरविंद केजरीवाल से नौ घंटे तक पूछताछ की थी. पूछताछ के लिए उस समय भी उनको नोटिस दिया गया था. यह संयोग ही है कि ठीक इसी मामले में पहले से ही जेल में बंद मनीष सिसोदिया की जमानत याचिका सोमवार को खारिज की गई है और उसी दिन केजरीवाल को नोटिस दिया गया है.
