दिल्ली शराब घोटाले में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल आज भी ED के सामने पेश नहीं हुए. आम आदमी पार्टी ने ED के समन को गैरकानूनी बताया और कहा कि समन की वैधता का मामला अब कोर्ट में है. बार-बार समन भेजने के बजाय ED को कोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार करना चाहिए. ED खुद ही कोर्ट में गई है. बता दें कि ईडी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को अब तक छह समन जारी किए हैं.
