हाल ही में दिल्‍ली-एनसीआर में तेज भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए. रिक्टर स्केल पर इसकी तीव्रता 6.2 थी. भूकंप के झटकों से काफी देर दिल्‍ली हिलती रही और इसके कारण लोग दहशत में आ गए. लेकिन दिल्‍ली में भूकंप आने का ये कोई पहला या कभी-कभार का मामला नहीं है. वहां अक्‍सर भूकंप के झटकों को महसूस किया जाता है. इससे पहले मार्च 2023 में 6.6 तीव्रता वाले भूकंप ने पूरे उत्तर भारत को हिलाया था. ऐसे में ये सवाल तो मन में आता ही है कि आखिर क्‍यों दिल्‍ली-एनसीआर में बार-बार भूकंप आता है. आखिर किस सिस्मिक जोन में आती है देश की राजधानी?
