Protocol के तहत.. जब प्रधानमंत्री किसी भी राज्य के दौरे पर जाते हैं तो इस दौरान उस राज्य के CM, राज्य सचिव और DGP उनका स्वागत करते हैं। अगर मुख्यमंत्री नहीं आते तो राज्य सचिव और DGP तो जरूर मौजूद रहते हैं। लेकिन आज इन तीनों में से कोई भी प्रधानमंत्री का स्वागत करने के लिए एयरपोर्ट पर नहीं था।
