संसद से मंजूरी मिलने के चार साल बाद आज देशभर में नागरिकता संशोधन कानून यानी CAA लागू हो गया है । मोदी सरकार ने इसको लेकर नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है । 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में CAA लागू करने को बीजेपी ने अपना संकल्प बताया था और अब 2024 के चुनाव से ठीक पहले बीजेपी ने इस संकल्प को पूरा किया है । जिससे बीजेपी को तो फायदा होना तय माना जा रहा है लेकिन इससे पड़ोसी देशों के शरणार्थियों को क्या फायदा होगा..इस कानून के जरिये किन-किन लोगों को भारत की नागरिकता मिलेगी..और नागरिकता पाने का process क्या होगा..इन सारे सवालों के जवाब आपको आज DNA में मिलेंगे ।
