रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन ने अपने देश की महिलाओं को 10 बच्चे पैदा करने का टास्क दिया है. उन्होंने इसके लिए नगद इनाम का ऐलान भी किया है और ऐसा करने वाली महिलाओं को 10 लाख रूबल, भारतीय करेंसी के हिसाब से 13 लाख दिए जाएंगे. इसके साथ ही उन्हें 'मदर हीरोइन' नाम का अवॉर्ड भी दिया जाएगा.
