यूरोपियन यूनियन के विदेश नीति के प्रमुख जोसेप बोरेल ने मंगलवार को Financial Times को दिये इंटरव्यू में भारत पर कार्रवाई की मांग की है. जोसेप बोरेल ने कहा भारत रूस से कच्छ तेल खरीदता है. इससे कोई दिक्कत नहीं है. लेकिन भारत इसी तेल को रिफाइन कर हमें बेच रहा है.
