जब से Parliament का मॉनसून Session शुरू हुआ है, तब से एक ही मुद्दा छाया हुआ है और वो मुद्दा है मणिपुर. लेकिन अफसोस इस बात का है कि इस हंगामे से नेताओं की सियासत भले ही चमक रही हो...लेकिन महिलाओं का उससे कोई भला नहीं हो रहा है, न तो उनके साथ होने वाली हैवानियत रुक रही है और न ही उनके ख़िलाफ़ होने वाले अपराध. राजधानी दिल्ली से क़रीब साढ़े पांच सौ किलोमीटर दूर राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा में 14 वर्ष की एक नाबालिग बच्ची को कोयला भट्ठी में ज़िन्दा जलाने का मामला सामने आया है.
