कहते हैं कि पुराना ही अच्छा होता है...नए का क्या भरोसा...ये बात बलिया रेलवे स्टेशन पर सही साबित हो रही है. अब मैं आपको बलिया रेलवे स्टेशन की दो तस्वीरें एक साथ दिखाता हूं....एक तस्वीर पहले की है...जिसमें रेलवे स्टेशन पर बनी पुरानी गुम्बद दिख रही है और दूसरी तस्वीर रेलवे स्टेशन पर हुए निर्माण कार्य के बाद की है...इसमें खास तस्वीर ये दूसरी वाली है...जिसमें गुंबद का झज्जा टूटा हुआ दिख रहा है. बलिया रेलवे स्टेशन का कायाकल्प किया जा रहा है....पुराने रेलवे स्टेशन को नया रूप दिया जा रहा है..करोड़ों रूपये खर्च किए जा रहे है. महीनों से मजदूर इस काम में जुटे हुए है. नए पत्थर लगाए गए है...लेकिन इतना कुछ होने के बाद भी बलिया रेलवे स्टेशन की इमारत बारिश नहीं झेल पाई और बारिश के चलते नए नवेले गुंबद का छज्जा नीचे आ गिरा. गनीमत रही कि इस हादसे में किसी को चोट नहीं लगी.

Now I will show you two pictures of Ballia railway station together...one picture is before...in which the old dome of the railway station is visible and the second picture is after the construction work done at the railway station...the special picture in this is the second one...in which the dome's parapet is seen broken. Ballia railway station is being renovated...the old railway station is being given a new look...crores of rupees are being spent. Workers have been engaged in this work for months. New stones have been laid...but even after all this, the building of Ballia railway station could not withstand the rain and due to the rain, the parapet of the newly built dome fell down. Thankfully, no one was hurt in this accident.
