FIR में लिखा है कि प्रवचनकर्ता सूरजपाल उर्फ भोले बाबा जब अपने काफिले के साथ निकला तो उसके चरणों की धूल पाने के लिए भीड़ उमड़ी और भगदड़ मच गई.
