मौत सिर पर नाच रही हो तो अच्छे-अच्छे अपराधी के हाथ नमस्कार मुद्रा में आ जाते हैं। भले ही कोई अपराधी अपने इलाके में लोगों को धमकाकर रखता हो, अपना भौकाल बनाता हो, लेकिन सच्चाई ये है कि पुलिस की गोली का डर तो उसे भी रहता है। जब ये डर, सच बनकर सामने खड़ा हो जाता है, तो सारी गुंडई, एक झटके में निकल जाती है। हम पिछले कुछ महीनों में यूपी के बड़े बड़े अपराधियों का अपराध करियर, एक गोली से खत्म होते देख रहे हैं। ऐसा लग रहा है यूपी पुलिस को एनकाउंटर की 'लत लग गई है'....और ये अपराधियों के बुरी खबर है।
