संसद में आरोप-प्रत्यारोप की बरसात से पहले आज सुबह दिल्ली में मानसून की बरसात हुई और इतनी जबरदस्त हुई कि सांसदों का घर से संसद पहुंचना मुश्किल हो गया दिल्लीवाले कह रहे हैं कि जब गर्मियों में दिल्लीवालों को पानी की कमी हुई तो जलमंत्री आतिशी दिल्लीवालों को पानी नहीं दे पाईं और अब जब मानसून में दिल्ली को मानसून की पहली ही बरसात के पानी में डूबने से भी नहीं बचा पाईं । लेकिन समझने वाली बात ये है कि जो सरकार और सिस्टम खुद ही बारिश के पानी में डूबा हो. वो दिल्ली को डूबने से कैसे बचाएगा?
