हरियाणा के कैथल में बारिश से पहले 300 मीट्रिक टन गेहूं खराब हो गया था, वो अब 11000 मीट्रिक टन तक पहुंच गया है. वहीं अब अधिकारी इस गेहूं को औने-पौने दामों पर बेच रहे हैं. अधिकारियों की लापरवाही से लाखों लोगों के मूंह से निवाला छिन गया है.
