DNA मित्रों.. विदेश मंत्री डॉक्टर एस. जयशंकर ने भारत के उस फैसले का बचाव किया है, जिसमें ईरान के युद्धपोत IRIS लावन को कोच्चि में डॉक करने की इजाजत दी गई है। रायसीना डायलॉग 2026 में बोलते हुए उन्होंने इसे पूरी तरह से मानवीय कर्तव्य बताया और कहा कि यह निर्णय बिल्कुल सही था। बता दें कि ईरानी जहाज भारत के इंटरनेशनल फ्लीट रिव्यू और MILAN 2026 (15-25 फरवरी) में हिस्सा लेने आए थे, लेकिन क्षेत्र में तनाव बढ़ने से स्थिति बिगड़ गई। अमेरिकी नौसेना ने इस बीच एक ईरानी युद्धपोत IRIS डेना को श्रीलंका के दक्षिण में अंतरराष्ट्रीय जल में टॉरपीडो से डुबो दिया, जिसमें कई नाविक मारे गए थे।

The Iranian ships had come to India to participate in the International Fleet Review and MILAN 2026 (February 15-25), but the situation worsened due to rising tensions in the region. The US Navy meanwhile torpedoed an Iranian warship, IRIS Dena, in international waters south of Sri Lanka, killing several sailors.
